ROYAL
MARINE HOTEL Laurel and Hardy (1953) (from the Marriot Archives) |
In
1953 Stan and Babe's stay at the Royal Marine Hotel,
in Dun Laoghaire, Southern Ireland, was considerably longer,
but their time spent at the Olympia
was
considerably shorter. Thirty three nights at the hotel in 1953, was rounded off by just a one-night performance at the theatre. Just why, is fully covered in the book. |
|
While staying at the Royal Marine Hotel,
Stan
and Ollie managed to get themselves invited to a wedding, where these two bridesmaids above had the thrill of their lives. |
